RETURNS POLICY


At NMBR10, every garment is made especially for you once you place your order. We don’t keep stock; each item is produced on demand. This helps us avoid overproduction and make our process as sustainable as possible.

Because of this, our products fall under the exception to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal provided under European consumer law for made-to-order and personalized items.

This means: you cannot cancel or return your order because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size.

 

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

We want to help you get it right the first time:

• Check the detailed size chart provided with each product.

• Not sure which size to order? Contact us before you place your order — we’ll gladly help you with personalized sizing advice.

 

WHEN CAN YOU RETURN AN ITEM?

We will accept returns if there is an issue on our end, such as:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect print, loose stitching, or wrong item delivered).

• Damage upon delivery (damage sustained during shipping).

In these cases, we’ll make it right by either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.

 

HOW TO REPORT A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at team@nmbr10.shop.

• Include clear photos of the defect or damage and your order number.

• Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.

Information on the consumer's right of withdrawal
In application of Article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article VI.47 of the same Code for the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to all products supplied by inker.
